Study of t-Channel Production of Scalar Leptoquarks at LHCb and Central Acceptance Detector

Performed phenomenological study of t-channel production of scalar leptoquarks at LHCb (forward acceptance) and Central Acceptance detectors using MadGraph5 Monte Carlo simulation software and studied how rapidity acceptance affected the expected number of events and signal. Analyzed, calculated significance, and visualized results using own python scripts. Used Histogram Gradient Boosting Classifier and created neural network classifier to explore possibility of further increasing signal/background separation.
